Gradual Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey, mixed-use building on this site, consisting of:
- Commercial use at grade
- A total of 77 secured rental residential units
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 3.38 for the site
- A proposed total floor area of approximately 56,561.2 sq. ft./ 5,254.7 m²
- A proposed height of 75.51 ft./ 23.02 m
- Two levels of underground parking, with vehicular access from lane
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
