Amacon Construction Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission for an addition to the podium level of the mixed-use building on this site, consisting of:
- A 4-storey addition beyond the podium level for the Hotel use
- An additional floor area of 17,431 sq.ft. (1,620 m²)
- No increase to the overall height of the building
Under the site’s draft amendment to CD-1 (776) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
