Design Work Group Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A two-storey plus basement, one-family dwelling with a secondary suite located in the basement with a detached accessory building (garage), at the rear providing two parking spaces, having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RT-10 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
