The Director of Planning approved the application on September 29, 2022, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


RH Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop four multiple dwelling buildings, having four storeys on this site, including:

  • A total of 88 Market Strata Dwelling units
  • A proposed FSR of 1.84 (80,839 sq.ft.)
  • A proposed height of 15.1 m (49.5 ft.)
  • Two levels of underground parking, providing a total of 114 parking spaces

Under the site’s existing CD-1 (821) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
