RH Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop four multiple dwelling buildings, having four storeys on this site, including:
- A total of 88 Market Strata Dwelling units
- A proposed FSR of 1.84 (80,839 sq.ft.)
- A proposed height of 15.1 m (49.5 ft.)
- Two levels of underground parking, providing a total of 114 parking spaces
Under the site’s existing CD-1 (821) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
