1425 W 39th Ave, 1449 W 38th Ave, 1450 W 39th Ave (DP-2020-00729) development application

Stantec Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A two-storey Parish Centre
  • Consisting of meeting rooms, offices, commercial kitchen, garden courtyard and underground parking accessed from W 39th Ave

Under the site’s existing RS-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
