MJS Design has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop five new buildings, containing a total of six strata-titled dwelling units on these two lots, consisting of:
- Four one-family dwelling buildings and one two-family dwelling building
- A total floor space ratio of 0.75 for the site (approximately 8,236 sq. ft.)
- A maximum proposed height of approximately 29.3 ft. and
- Six parking spaces having access from the rear and flanking lane
Under the site’s existing RT-10 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
