Auto One Group Limited has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a new commercial building for a Vehicle Dealer, on this previously vacant lot, consisting of:
- A floor space ratio of 0.645 (approximately 6365 sq. ft.)
- A proposed height of approximately 28.25 ft.
- Eight parking spaces at the front, having access from East Kent Ave N
Under the site’s existing I-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
