The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on July 16, 2024.

Kuntjoro Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop the following on this site:

• To alter and add a two-and-a-half-storey extension to the existing two-storey school use building. The extension will house a new roof top play area, classrooms, gym
• One level of underground parking, relocating the vehicular access to the lane

Under the site’s existing RM-3A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
