137 E 37th Ave (DP-2022-00673) development application

Holborn Properties Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop on this site a six-storey multiple dwelling building with 49 Social Housing units.
The proposal includes the following:
- Height of 57 ft.
- Total FSR of 2.41 (54,344 sq.ft.)
- One level of underground parking with vehicular access from East 36th Avenue
This development application follows rezoning of the site, CD-1 (704), is subject to Council approval of the Form of Development and decision by the Director of Planning.
