1363 The Crescent (DP-2022-00089) development application

The Director of Planning approved the application on August 13, 2020, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit will be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information please contact the Project Facilitator directly at jaimelynn.borsa@vancouver.ca


Airey Homes Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform exterior and interior renovations and develop additions to the existing two-and-one-half storey plus basement one-family dwelling listed on the Vancouver Heritage Registry as a "B" building, consisting of:

  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.39 FSR for the site (Approximately 12,842 sq. ft.)
  • Demolition of existing garage and development of underground parking for five vehicle parking spaces, having access from The Crescent.
  • Replacement of existing pool in rear yard with reflecting pond

Under the site’s existing FSD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
