1360 Napier St (DP-2022-00247) development application
The Director of Planning approved the application on December 16, 2022, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Yamamoto Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a five-storey mixed use commercial and industrial (manufacturing and office) building with two levels of underground parking having vehicular access from the lane on this existing site, consisting of the following:
- A proposed FSR of 3.0 (59,005.0 square feet)
- A proposed height of 100.0 feet
- 94 parking spaces
Under the site’s existing I-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
