The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on October 25, 2022.


Blackwell Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to:

  • Perform exterior alterations to add a new 28 ft. x 14 ft. outdoor pool with a 7.5 ft. x 8 ft. hot tub and new patios with trellis at the rear of this one-family dwelling building on this site

Under the site’s existing FSHCA zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
