Architectural Collective Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- To develop a two storey two-family dwelling with a detached garage at the rear
- Floor space ratio of 0.60 (2,416.00 sq. ft.)
- Height of approximately 33.35 ft.
- Two parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RT-10 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
