Architectural Collective Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • To alter and convert this existing one-family character dwelling to a multiple conversion dwelling (Building 1) containing two dwelling units with an addition and, to develop an infill one-family dwelling (Building 2) at the rear of the site
  • Building One: Floor space ratio of 0.64 (2,610.00 sq. ft.)
  • Building One: Height of approximately 34.62 ft.
  • Building Two: Floor space ratio of 0.16 (675.00 sq. ft.)
  • Building Two: Height of approximately 24.35 ft.
  • Two parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RT-10 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
