1303 Kingsway (DP-2020-00716) development application

GBL Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey mixed-used building including:
- 54 secured market rental units
- Commercial uses at grade
- A floor space ration (FSR) of 3.69
- A building height of 22.77m
- 54 underground parking spaces
NOTE: Due to the drop in elevation from Kingsway north to the lane, the building will appear seven-storeys from the lane.
