GBL Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey mixed-used building including:

  • Commercial uses at grade
  • A floor space ration (FSR) of 3.69
  • A building height of 22.77m
  • 54 underground parking spaces

NOTE: Due to the drop in elevation from Kingsway north to the lane, the building will appear seven-storeys from the lane.
