The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on October 20, 2022.


Regeneration Design Studio has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • To alter and convert this existing Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing two dwelling units to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling (Building 1) containing three dwelling units including:
    • A total height of approximately 32 ft.
    • A total FSR of 0.55 (approximately 5,300 sq. ft.)
  • To develop an infill two-family dwelling (Building 2) in the rear portion of this site including:
    • A total height of approximately 26 ft.
    • A total FSR of 0.3 (approximately 3,000 sq. ft.)
  • Five parking spaces provided on site, all having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RS-7 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
