1174 E 26th Ave (DP-2021-00996) development application
The Director of Planning approved the application on March 17, 2022, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Architectural Collective Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a two-family dwelling in the front and a one-family dwelling at the rear, consisting of:
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.75 for the site (Approximately 5,717 sq. ft.)
- A proposed height of approximately 35.09 ft. for the front building (Bldg 1)
- A proposed height of approximately 24.15 ft. for the rear building (Bldg 2)
- Three vehicle parking spaces, having access from East 26th Avenue
Under the site’s existing RT-10 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
