1150 Raymur Ave (DP-2021-00932) development application
The Director of Planning approved the application on May 13, 2022, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Wesgroup Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on the site, a five-storey manufacturing and general office building consisting of:
- A proposed Height of 29 m. (95 ft.)
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 3.00 (18,341 m² /197,424 sq. ft.)
- Two levels of underground parking providing 247 parking spaces having vehicular access from Glen Drive
Under the site’s existing I-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
