1129 E 15th Ave (DP-2021-00798) development application
The Director of Planning approved the application on December 24, 2021, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Architectural Collective has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- To alter this existing Multiple Conversion Dwelling to a four-unit Multiple Conversion Dwelling (Building 1), including:
- A total height of approximately 39.75 ft.
- A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.65 (approximately 4,450 sq. ft.)
- To develop a one-and-half-storey, one-family (Infill) dwelling (Building 2) on the rear-portion of the site, including:
- A total height of approximately 25 ft.
- A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.2 (approximately 1,340 sq. ft.)
- Four-parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
