The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on September 14, 2021.
TKA+D Architecture + Design has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a three-storey Wholesale Industrial building consisting of:
A proposed FSR of 1.43 (134,421 sq.ft.)
A proposed height of 73.5 ft.
Parking located in one level below grade, on surface and on the second storey with vehicular access from Ross Street
Under the site’s existing I-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
