Little Mountain Gallery has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission for interior alterations and change of use from Retail with ancillary Theatre to Theatre use on the basement (main) and mezzanine floor levels, at the above-noted address, consisting of:

  • Proposed theatre space, rehearsal room and common lobby/bar areas
  • Proposed availability for Not-for-Profits and Community Groups (minimum of two times per month)
  • Proposed liquor service during event times only
  • Proposed hours of operation:
    • 11 am to 1 am, Sunday to Thursday
    • 11 am to 2 am, Friday and Saturday

Under the site’s existing HA-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
