Acton Ostry Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop an eight-storey plus roof top amenity mixed-use building on this site, consisting of:
- Manufacturing use on ground to third floor
- Office uses on 4th-8th floor
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 5.0 for the site
- A proposed total floor area of approximately 45,369.8 sq. ft./ 4,215 m²
- A proposed height of 109.9 ft./ 33.5 m
- Four levels of underground parking, with vehicular access from lane
Under the site’s existing I-1A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
