United Northwest Investments Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop and alter this existing commercial building, consisting of:

  • Performing a minor horizontal addition and alterations to the first and parking levels
  • To change the use from school and office to fitness centre (yoga studio) on the second level
  • A floor area of approximately 10,118 sq. ft.
  • 18 parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
