Architectural Collective has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- Building 1: a new two-and-a-half storey two-family dwelling on the South portion of the site
- Total height of approximately 35.11 ft.
- Total Floor Space Ratio: 0.51 (approximately 3,074.26 sq. ft.)
- Building 2: a new two-storey one-family dwelling on the North portion of the site
- Total height of approximately 25.23 ft.
- Total Floor Space Ratio: 0.24 (approximately 1,449.42 sq. ft.)
- Total of three parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RT-10 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
