The Director of Planning approved the application on March 18, 2025, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents".

Buttjes Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop a secured market rental apartment building on this site, consisting of:

  • 143 secured market rental units and 35 below-market rental units
  • 32-storeys, plus amenity and mechanical levels above
  • A proposed building height of approximately 300 ft. (91 m)
  • A proposed floor area of approximately 145,191 sq.ft. (13,489 m²)
  • Four levels of underground parking, having vehicular access from Jung Lane

Under the site’s existing CD-1 (873) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
