  • 52 Below-Market Rental units
  • A proposed floor area of 202,164 sq.ft. (18,781 m²)
  • A proposed FSR of 11.69
  • A proposed Height of 300 ft. (91.44 m)
  • Five levels of underground parking, having vehicular access from the lane

Under the sites proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
