1032 Robson St (DP-2020-00705) cannabis retail development application

An appeal was heard by the Board of Variance on January 12, 2021 and was ALLOWED, thereby overturning the decision of the Director of Planning.  A Development Permit was issued on March 17, 2021.

Inspired Cannabis has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission for interior alterations and to change the use, at the above-noted address, to a Cannabis Retail Store consisting of:

  • Change of use from Restaurant to Cannabis Retail on the main floor with ancillary offices on the second storey
  • Approximately 3,314.0 square feet
  • Proposed hours of operation: 9 am - 11 pm, seven (7) days a week

Under the site’s existing DD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
