1025 W 58th Ave (DP-2022-00263) development application

Matthew Cheng Architect Inc. applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site, a three-storey plus basement multiple-dwelling building providing six surface parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane, consisting of:
- A proposed height of 11.5 m (37.7 ft.)
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 1.20 (approximately 816.4 m² / 8,788.2 sq. ft.)
Under the site’s proposed RM-8N zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
