1010 W 57th Ave (DP-2020-00456) development application

Bouthouse Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site with two new three-storey, multiple dwelling buildings consisting of a total of eight rowhouse units with three lock-off units with:
- A proposed height of ~11.5 m/37.7 ft.
- A proposed FSR of 1.2 (1,150 m²/12,380 sq. ft.)
- Over one level of underground parking providing ten parking spaces
Under the site’s existing RM-8N zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
