Transgender, Gender Diverse, and Two-Spirit (TGD2S) Safety and Inclusion Action Plan
The City of Vancouver is renewing its transgender, gender diverse and Two-Spirit (TGD2S) plan with a stronger focus on making sure TGD2S communities feel safe and included.
In the summer of 2025 we asked the public to share their thoughts on how the City can make Vancouver safer and more inclusive for transgender, gender diverse and Two-Spirit people.
Your feedback helped us develop the renewed TGD2S Safety and Inclusion Action Plan (PDF, 405 KB) which was approved by Council in early 2026.
